If your tender is decided by a selection committee
The analysis is built for contracts awarded to the lowest compliant bidder. The award method is stated in your notice documents: if selection goes through a committee (quality scoring), the analysis does not apply to your case. If such a notice reaches us anyway, we tell you before producing anything and you choose: a full refund, or a credit toward the notice of your choice.
What the analysis is not
- The analysis is not a tender watch. You already have one; we flag nothing, we analyze the notice you give us.
- The analysis is not an estimate of your costs. You compute your price better than we do. We do not touch it.
- The analysis is not a promise to win. It does not predict the outcome of an award; it gathers the public figures relevant to your decision to bid.
The guarantee
Every figure in an analysis is recalculated from the source data at production time, and sourced. If you demonstrate that a figure in an analysis is wrong, the analysis is refunded.
What it is built on
Adjudica works from SEAO open data, published by the Québec government. Every figure is recalculated from the source data, never copied as-is, and its source is stated.
