The tender analysis: your public tender, analyzed

What the analysis contains

01

Usual bidders

Who typically bids with this buyer, in this category of work or services, based on contracts already awarded.

02

The rivals' record

Recent volume, wins, and your past head-to-heads if any.

03

The buyer's track record

What this buyer recently awarded in the same scope, and at what prices.

04

Incumbent concentration

When one supplier recurs often with this buyer, the analysis shows it, without concluding any irregularity (compliance, quality, lots or method). It is the kind of information you want before spending days on an estimate.

05

The limits of the analysis

When the public data cannot answer a question, the analysis says so.

The work

The data is public. It is not gathered. For a single tender, that means finding the comparable contracts from the same buyer, recording who bid and at what price, matching each result to its notice, and checking the amounts one by one.

That is the work you are ordering, on the notice you give us, and you receive the document within one business day.

How it works

1

You order online and provide the SEAO notice number you are interested in.

2

We build your analysis from contracts already awarded: twenty years of public data, recalculated for every analysis.

3

You receive it by email within one business day.

Check your notice

If your tender is decided by a selection committee

The analysis is built for contracts awarded to the lowest compliant bidder. The award method is stated in your notice documents: if selection goes through a committee (quality scoring), the analysis does not apply to your case. If such a notice reaches us anyway, we tell you before producing anything and you choose: a full refund, or a credit toward the notice of your choice.

What the analysis is not

The guarantee

Every figure in an analysis is recalculated from the source data at production time, and sourced. If you demonstrate that a figure in an analysis is wrong, the analysis is refunded.

What it is built on

Adjudica works from SEAO open data, published by the Québec government. Every figure is recalculated from the source data, never copied as-is, and its source is stated. When the data cannot answer a question, the analysis says so. The details of the method are in our editorial policy and in our analyses.
