What the assessment contains
Your unsuccessful bids on price
Every contract where you were not selected on price, with the calculable spread between your bid and the winning price.
Selected above the lowest published price
The contracts where the selected supplier did not show the lowest published price, reported as SEAO publishes them: this observation does not conclude any irregularity (compliance, quality, lots or award method).
Your recurring rivals
Who beats you, how often, and by what spreads when they are published.
Your wins over the period
The tenders you won: the assessment is not an indictment, it shows both sides.
The incumbent's retention
The rate at which the incumbent keeps its market in your sector: is a non-selection structural there?

We produce your assessment from already-awarded contracts, recomputed at production.
You receive it by email within two business days.

The assessment is for the business concerned: order your own, or that of a business that has authorized you to request it.
What the assessment reads, and what it does not
The assessment reads what SEAO publishes. If your contracts are awarded mostly by selection committee, price spreads are generally not published there: your assessment will show it as such, and it will tell you less. The 18 months preceding your order and your main sector appear on the first page.
The assessment looks back. The match report looks ahead: the analysis of an open tender you are targeting, at $490 + taxes, credited by the amount of your assessment if you order it within 30 days.
